At the 68th Film Festival Venice, the Mostra internazionale d’arte cinematografica, from August 31-September 10, 2011, an INTERFILM jury awarded a Prize for Promoting Interreligious Dialogue for the first time.

Leipzig
The Ecumenical Jury in Leipzig 2010 awarded the Polish documentary film "Na pólnoc od Kalabrii" (North from Calabria, 2010) by Marcin Sauter. The Golden Dove for the best documentary film in the international competition went to "Vodka Factory" by Jerzey Sladkowski.
