After studying sociology and social psychology in Florence and Rome Gianna Urizio worked as TV producer and author at the Italian TV station Rai Due. 2002-2005 she was President of WACC Europe. In 2002, she founded the Italian Protestant film association "Roberto Sbaffi". 2004-2019 she was member of the INTERFILM Board. Honorary member of INTERFILM since 2019.
