On 15 February at 6 p.m., the Ecumenical Reception of the Churches at the Berlinale 2026 will take place. The programme includes a welcome address by Johann Hinrich Claussen, Commissioner for Culture of the EKD, a discussion between Cardinal Reinhard Marx, Chairman of the Media Commission of the German Bishops' Conference, and directors Maik Lüdemann and Max Ahrens (‘Kein Land für Niemand’), as well as the presentation of the Ecumenical Berlinale Jury.
