Studies in theology, journalism, German language and theatre. Producer at EIKON-Film and editor in chief of “Sonntagsblatt” (Protestant newspaper for Bavaria). From 1997-2001 commissionar of religious programmes in television and radio for the Protestant Churches in Germany (EKD). Since 2001 Professor for Christian Communication at the Theological Faculty of ‘Friedrich Alexander Universität’, Erlangen. Since 1995 member of the jury of the ‚Robert-Geisendörfer-Preis’.
