INTERFILM honorary member. Theologian from the University of Copenhagen. For several years assistant at the Faculty of Theology, where he taught philosophy and dogmatics. Parish priest in the diocese of Roskilde for 30 years. During this time he taught philosophy and pedagogy at the theological seminary. He has written several theological books, including a catechism, on the philosophy of religion, evil and faith. He has been writing about film and theology since his youth, is a reviewer for several film magazines and has worked for the Danish Film Institute, specialising in Dreyer and Bergman. Member of the INTERFILM Board (2004-2022) and the INTERFILM Presidium (2019-2022).
