Edgar Rubio is head of communications for Mexico’s National Dialogue for Peace and former head of communications for SIGNIS, the World Catholic Association for the Construction of a Culture of Peace through the Media. A graduate of Loyola University, he has been teaching film, production and multimedia script design since 2001. He is a regular speaker at conferences in Mexico, Italy, Ecuador, Colombia and Cuba. He is also a producer and director of short films and documentaries. He has been a member of SIGNIS and ecumenical juries at major film and television festivals around the world.
