At 43 years old, Carla is a high-performing and deeply devoted business executive. Insecure beneath her polished exterior, she has still built a successful career, often at the expense of her family life. Recently hired as the Human Resources manager of a major corporation, she is tasked to promote employees’ well-being while maintaining the performance goals imposed by her boss.
