Mark Téglásy (*1981) studied aesthetics and communication at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University (Budapest) at the Faculty of Humanities, and later Social Sciences with a specialisation in Communication at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. As assistant of the director, cameraman and director of photography he worked at the Hungarian National TV (MTV).  He has an own company, metanoiafilm / ART Ltd., which produces documentaries for the Hungarian National Television.  He is also working at the video portal for the Archdiocese of Esztergom-Budapest.

Current issues

At the 57th film festival Visions du Réel in Nyon the Interreligious Jury has awarded its Prize to the documentary "Dentro" by Elsa Amiel.
Jacqueline Jansen’s ‘Sechswochenamt’ won the Prize of the Ecumenical Jury at the achtung berlin 2026 film festival. The jury awarded a Special Mention to Katrin Sikora’s documentary ‘Schwarze Häuser’.
