Catherine Escrive is a journalist with a passion for literature, theatre and cinema. As head of the major cinema section at the weekly magazine Le Pèlerin (Bayard Group), she has also worked for Radio France as a reporter, cultural columnist and documentary producer. For several years, Catherine Escrive presented the cultural television programme “Les mardis des Bernardins” on KTO TV (Catholic television). Having trained with Emouna (at Sciences Po), she has been involved in interfaith dialogue since 2017.

At the 57th film festival Visions du Réel in Nyon the Interreligious Jury has awarded its Prize to the documentary "Dentro" by Elsa Amiel.
Jacqueline Jansen’s ‘Sechswochenamt’ won the Prize of the Ecumenical Jury at the achtung berlin 2026 film festival. The jury awarded a Special Mention to Katrin Sikora’s documentary ‘Schwarze Häuser’.
