Maria’s life is one of excess. The student hates being alone. She tries to avoid this by having an affair with the older Wolfgang and numerous one-night stands. When she meets Jan, a younger fellow student, Maria senses for the first time that this relationship could turn out differently. But changing is harder for her than she thought.
